Interreg CENTRAL EUROPE envisions a united central Europe that cooperates - to become smarter, greener and better connected together. Based on shared needs and a common identity in an area long divided by the ‘Iron Curtain’, the programme aims for a trustful culture of cooperation beyond administrative borders.

The LIFE programme is one of the key contributors to the European Green Deal which aims to transform the EU into a fair and prosperous society, with a modern, resource-efficient and competitive economy where there are no net emissions of greenhouse gases in 2050 and where economic growth is decoupled from resource use and protect, conserve and enhance the EU's natural capital, and protect the health and well-being of citizens from environment and climate related risks and impacts.

The Climate Change Mitigation and Adaptation sub-programme will contribute to the shift towards a sustainable, energy-efficient, renewable energy-based, climate-neutral and resilient economy, thereby contributing to sustainable development.

The Digital Europe Programme is a EU funding programme focused on bringing digital technology to businesses, citizens and public administrations. The Digital Europe Programme will provide strategic funding to answer these challenges, supporting projects in 5 key capacity areas: supercomputing, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, advanced digital skills, and ensuring a wide use of digital technologies across the economy and society, including through Digital Innovation Hubs.

The Connecting Europe Facility (CEF) is a key EU funding instrument to promote growth, jobs and competitiveness through targeted infrastructure investment at European level. It supports the development of high performing, sustainable and efficiently interconnected trans-European networks in the fields of transport, energy and digital services. CEF investments fill the missing links in Europe's energy, transport and digital backbone.

The Connecting Europe Facility (CEF) for Transport is the funding instrument to realise European transport infrastructure policy. It aims at supporting investments in building new transport infrastructure in Europe or rehabilitating and upgrading the existing one.

Horizon Europe is the EU’s key funding programme for research and innovation with a budget of EUR 95.5 billion running from 2021-2027. It tackles climate change, helps to achieve the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals and boosts the EU’s competitiveness and growth. The programme facilitates collaboration and strengthens the impact of research and innovation in developing, supporting and implementing EU policies while tackling global challenges. It supports creating and better dispersing of excellent knowledge and technologies, creates jobs, boosts economic growth, promotes industrial competitiveness and optimises investment impact within a strengthened European Research Area.

"Creative Europe" is the European Union's programme for the European cultural and creative sector for the period 2021-2027. The programme brings together actions supporting the European cultural and creative sectors, which means all sectors whose activities are based on cultural values and artistic and other individual or collective creative expressions, whether those activities are market - or non-market-oriented, whatever the type of structure that carries them out; and irrespective of how that structure is financed.

Cultural funding under the EU's Creative Europe 2021-2027 programme covers the entire arts, culture and creative sector. Funding is provided for transnational cooperation projects, European networks and platforms, literary translations, mobility of arts and culture professionals and sector-specific activities.

The MEDIA strand of the Creative Europe programme supports the European film and audiovisual industries to develop, distribute and promote European works, taking into account today’s digital environment.

The Cross-sectoral strand aims at reinforcing collaboration between different cultural and creative sectors, in order to help them address the common challenges they face and find innovative new solutions. This is achieved for instance through policy cooperation, the services provided by the Creative Europe desks, and the Creative Innovation Lab.

This programme aims to protect and promote rights and values as enshrined in the EU Treaties and the Charter of Fundamental Rights in particular by supporting civil society organisations active at local, regional, national and transnational level.

Erasmus+ 2021-2027 is the EU Programme in the fields of education, training, youth and sport, which are key areas that support citizens in their personal and professional development. High quality, inclusive education and training, as well as informal and non-formal learning, ultimately equip young people and participants of all ages with the qualifications and skills needed for their meaningful participation in democratic society, intercultural understanding and successful transition in the labour market. Spending time in another country to study, to learn and to work should become the standard, while speaking two other languages in addition to ones’ mother tongue should be the norm.

The focus is on mobility - the stay abroad - of learners, teachers, staff, young people and professionals in the fields of education and youth. The aim is to achieve a positive and sustainable impact for participants and participating organisations. Mobility projects can be submitted by organisations working in the field of education and youth.

Support is provided for cooperation projects between organisations. These aim to exchange good practice, use new technologies, develop innovative teaching and learning methods, support non-formal learning and develop common tools and activities at local, regional, national or European level.

Support is provided for policy cooperation and activities to develop new policies that can lead to modernisation and reform in the fields of education and youth at EU and system level.

The Jean Monnet actions offer opportunities in the field of higher education and in other fields of education and training. The Jean Monnet actions contribute to spread knowledge about the European Union integration matters.

The European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) aims to strengthen economic, social and territorial cohesion in the European Union by correcting imbalances between its regions. In 2021-2027 it will enable investments in a smarter, greener, more connected and more social Europe that is closer to its citizens.

Erasmus+ actions in the field of sport promote participation in sport, physical activity, and voluntary activities. They are designed to tackle societal and sport-related challenges. Opportunities are available for organisations under 3 Calls which address these challenges. A specific call on Capacity Building in the field of sport is also available as of 2022. It targets EU Member States and third countries associated to the Programme and the Western Balkans.

The Alpine Space programme is a European transnational cooperation programme that funds alpine-wide projects. It provides a framework to connect stakeholders from various sectors and different policy levels from seven Alpine countries. Key players from academia and administrative, business and innovation sectors, as well as policy-makers work together to tackle common challenges and develop joint solutions for the Alpine area. Sharing their experiences and expertise, they strive towards improving the quality of life for the Alpine citizens.

The Connecting Europe Facility (CEF) for Energy is the EU funding programme to implement the Trans-European Networks for Energy policy. It aims at supporting investments in building new cross-border energy infrastructure in Europe or rehabilitating and upgrading the existing one.

The 2nd generation of the Connecting Europe Facility (CEF-2 programme) “Digital” strand (2021-2027) aims to support and catalyse investments in digital connectivity infrastructures of common interest.

The Danube Region Programme (DRP) promotes economic, social and territorial cohesion in the Danube Region through policy integration in selected fields. In order to achieve a higher degree of territorial integration of the very heterogeneous Danube region, the transnational cooperation programme acts as a policy driver and pioneer to tackle common challenges and needs in specific policy fields where transnational cooperation is expected to deliver tangible results.

Building on the success of the Intelligent Energy Europe (2003-2013) and Horizon 2020 Energy Efficiency (2014-2020) programmes, the LIFE Clean Energy Transition sub-programme continues to support the delivery of EU policies in the field of sustainable energy, in particular, the European Green Deal, the Energy Union (2030 energy and climate targets) and the European Union’s 2050 long-term decarbonisation strategy.

The Circular economy and quality of life sub-programme aims at facilitating the transition toward a sustainable, circular, toxic-free, energy-efficient and climate-resilient economy and at protecting, restoring and improving the quality of the environment, either through direct interventions or by supporting the integration of those objectives in other policies.

The Nature and Biodiversity sub-programme will aim at the protection and restoration of Europe’s nature and halting and reversing biodiversity loss. Thus, the LIFE Nature and Biodiversity sub-programme will continue to fund nature conservation projects, in particular in the areas of biodiversity, habitats and species. The EU4Health programme was adopted as a response to the COVID-19 pandemic and to reinforce crisis preparedness in the EU. The pandemic highlighted the fragility of national health systems. The EU4Health programme will bring a contribution to the long-term health challenges by building stronger, more resilient and more accessible health systems.

The European Urban Initiative is an essential tool to support cities of all sizes, to build capacity and knowledge, to support innovation and develop transferable and scalable innovative solutions to urban challenges of EU relevance.

The Justice Programme is running from 2021 to 2027. It provides funding to support judicial cooperation in civil and criminal matters such as training to judges and other legal practitioners and effective access to justice for citizens and businesses. It contributes to the further development of a European area of justice based on the rule of law, including independence and impartiality of the judiciary, on mutual recognition, mutual trust and judicial cooperation. It is strengthening democracy, rule of law, and fundamental rights. This programme forms part of a new Justice, Rights and Values Fund together with the Citizens, Equality, Rights and Values programme.

The Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund (AMIF) is set up for the period 2021-2027, with a total of € 9,880,000,000.00. The Fund aims to further boost national capacities and improve procedures for migration management, as well as to enhance solidarity and responsibility sharing between Member States, in particular through emergency assistance and the relocation mechanism.

The European Commission co-funds campaigns to promote European agricultural products worldwide and raise awareness of EU farm products in new markets.

ESPON is an EU-funded programme that supports public authorities responsible for designing territorial policies with quality expertise.

As a part of the European cohesion policy, the Interreg Programme Austria-Czech Republic aims to support sustainable cross-border cooperation and to contribute to the improvement of economic, social and territorial integration.

Interreg Europe is an interregional cooperation programme, co-funded by the European Union. The European Union strives to reduce disparities in the levels of development, growth and quality of life in and across Europe’s regions. Interreg Europe's objective is to enable public authorities and other relevant organisations to actively learn from the experience of other regions. This is a learning process which involves identifying, analysing, and transferring good practices with the aim of improving regional development policy instruments and ultimately delivering solutions that benefit all citizens.

The Interreg programme Slovenia-Hungary is a European Union funding programme that supports crossborder cooperation. The vision of the cross-border programme is to contribute to an active and cooperating border/programme region aware of its environmental, natural and cultural values, through promoting sustainable utilisation, preservation and exploitation for tourism purposes, setting up a well identifiable and attractive green tourism destination.

The European Social Fund Plus (ESF+) is the European Union (EU)’s main instrument for investing in people. With a budget of almost € 99.3 billion for the period 2021-2027, the ESF+ will continue to provide an important contribution to the EU’s employment, social, education and skills policies, including structural reforms in these areas.

The INTERREG VI-A Program Bavaria - Austria 2021-2027 pursues the strategy of an innovative, sustainable economy, a resilient environment, sustainable tourism as well as integrated regional development - embedded in a joint cross-border INTERREG governance.

The Interreg Saxony - Czech Republic 2021-2027 programme supports cooperation projects that contribute to the further economic, ecological and social development of the common border area.

The Cooperation programme 'Interreg V-A Slovakia - Austria' focusses on smart and sustainable growth in the Austrian-Slovak border region.

The programme has to tackle ecological, economic and demographic challenges, in which substantial experience is gathered since the late ’90s. The region’s needs were assessed and resulted in 4 elaborated priorities to support targeted project development with a strong focus on the real needs of the border region.

The programme will finance projects aimed at modernising the medical system, equipping and modernising schools and other educational institutions, developping tourism in the border area. Projects aimed at strengthening administrative capacity, prevention and preparation for interventions in emergency situations will also receive funding.

The Interreg IPA Programme Romania-Serbia focuses on socio-economic development, mobility, energy, natural and cultural resources and risks of environmental catastrophes.

The Italy-Austria Cooperation Programme supports projects with a concrete and sustainable cross-border approach that fall within one of the investment priorities of the Cooperation Programme and correspond to the identified beneficiaries.

The general objective of the Interreg VI-A Italy-Slovenia Programme is enhanced cross-border cooperation for improving the quality of life of the population, preserving and promoting cultural and natural heritage and enhancing the climate neutrality of the Programme area through sustainable, innovative and inclusive growth.

The Interreg Italy-Croatia CBC Programme 2021-2027 will be focussing on the blue economy, capitalising previous cooperation experiences and creating stronger synergies with EUSAIR. Cross-border cooperation among the territories overlooking the Adriatic Sea has been encouraged by Interreg Italy-Croatia Programme during the 2014-2020 programming period and will be further supported in the forthcoming period 2021-2027.

Interreg Euro-MED supports projects, initiatives and policies related to climate change and the environment in line with the priorities and specific objectives set out by the European Commission for the Cohesion policy. 

The Cooperation programme addresses the most important cross-border challenges which are linked to the implementation of the Europe 2020 strategy in the Polish-Slovak border region. Strategically, the programme will support the development of transport infrastructure to improve cross-border accessibility and provide easier access to TEN-T networks. At the same time, it will address environmental issues and promote effective and sustainable use of natural and cultural heritage.

The Interregional innovation investments instrument as part of the European Regional and Development Fund (ERDF) aims at supporting interregional innovation projects in their commercialisation and scale-up phases giving them the tools to overcome regulatory and other barriers and bring their project to investment level.

The general objective of the IPA III instrument is to support the beneficiaries in adopting and implementing the political, institutional, legal, administrative, social and economic reforms required by those beneficiaries to comply with Union values and to progressively align to Union rules, standards, policies and practices with a view to Union membership, thereby contributing to their stability, security and prosperity.

The Interreg VI-A Romania-Bulgaria Programme, financed through  the European Regional Development Fund, aims  to improve the Romanian-Bulgarian border area in the 2021-2027 period.

Interreg NEXT Romania-Ukraine will finance projects in the field of health, education, tourism and culture, adaptation to climate change and border management.

The Hungary-Slovakia-Romania-Ukraine ENI CBC Programme aims to promote cooperation across the borders between EU Member States and the countries in the European Neighbourhood. 

The Programme's aim is to improve coordination and cooperation in the SI-AT border area to reduce border obstacles and unleash the potentials for a resilient and competitive region.

The programme INTERREG Bavaria-Czechia 2021-2027 supports cross-border cooperation between Bavaria and the Czech Republic. Funding is provided for innovative Bavarian-Czech projects that contribute to the dismantling of barriers, mutual understanding and networking among citizens and at the same time to improving the quality of life.

The Interreg - IPA CBC Bulgaria – Turkey Programme is designed in the framework of the European strategy for a smart, inclusive and sustainable growth and the relevant national strategic documents. The Programme is co-financed by the European Union through the Instrument for Pre-accession Assistance II and the two partnering countries Bulgaria and Turkey.

INTERREG VI-A IPA Bulgaria-Serbia 2021-2027 is a cross-border cooperation programme with the aim to strengthen the territorial cohesion of the cross-border region Bulgaria-Serbia by providing framework support to local businesses for growth and expansion, for better performance in a greener and smarter competitive global market, supporting enterprises through direct production investments to increase productivity and support joint actions to prevent the risk of natural and man-made hazards through inter-institutional coordination for risk prevention and rapid response management, harmonization of procedures and approaches, and preparation of citizens for disaster response.

The Interreg VI-A IPA Programme Croatia-Bosnia and Herzegovina-Montenegro will support cross-border cooperation between the participating countries in the upcoming programming period 2021-2027. Expected Programme results will contribute to reaching the goals set by the European Green Deal and underlined by the United Nations 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.

The programme Interreg V-A Slovakia-Hungary aims at the joint protection, development and touristic utilization of the border regions' common natural and cultural heritage. This includes joint water management, disaster avoidance, the creation of the right conditions for the renewal of cultural and architectural heritage and the development of cross-border sustainable tourism.

The INTERREG VI-A IPA Bulgaria - North Macedonia 2021-2027 programme is a cross-border cooperation programme aiming to strengthen the territorial cohesion in the cross-border region between the Republic of Bulgaria and the Republic of North Macedonia by providing support for increasing the competitiveness of SMEs and laying the foundations for the creation of cross-border value chains (cooperative cross-border markets), improving mobility and connectivity in the region with the construction of border crossings to deal with the growing traffic of people and goods between the two countries, as well as supporting joint actions to protect the environment and protect the biodiversity of the cross-border region that combine protection and conservation or focus on sustainable solutions for the protection of biological diversity and development of green infrastructure.

Interreg VI-A IPA Hungary Serbia is an initiative implemented within the 2021-2027 European Union financial framework, under the Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance (IPA). The main aim of the Programme is to foster and encourage the harmonious cross-border development of the region, by co-financing great ideas by non-profit organizations from the Programme’s territory.

For the period 2021-2027, URBACT IV builds on the legacy of past Programmes and includes even more opportunities for cities to make positive change. The current Programme integrates the crosscutting EU priorities of digital, green and gender-equal policy-making into its activities.

The Innovation Fund provides grants for projects aiming at commercial deployment of innovative low-carbon technologies, with the objective of bringing to the market industrial solutions to decarbonise Europe and support its transition to climate neutrality.

The Interreg Cooperation Programme Greece – Bulgaria  is a cross-border cooperation programme aims at promoting cross border cooperation by bringing together the different actors of the cross border area, in order to strengthen the development of the region and its transformation into a centre for sustainable development.

The Interreg SI-HR programme supports cross-border cooperation between Slovenia and Croatia in the programming period 2021-2027.

Interreg IPA South Adriatic "Italy-Albania-Montenegro" is a programme aiming to promote economic growth and intensify cooperation in the low Adriatic area, by implementing joint actions between national and regional institutional and not-for-profit actors and by fostering smart, inclusive and sustainable development.

The cooperation programme Interreg V-A in the Czech Republic and Poland  addresses the most important cross-border challenges and taps into the potential of eight Czech-Polish border regions.

Interact holds an enabling role among territorial cooperation programmes. It provides services free of charge to Interreg, Interreg-IPA CBC and ENI CBC stakeholders.

The aim of the Interreg Czechia-Slovakia programme is to address the common challenges of cross-border regions through joint cross-border projects.

The Interreg Croatia-Serbia IPA programme aims to strengthen the social, economic and territorial development of the cross-border area through the implementation of joint projects and activities.

The Cross-Border Cooperation Program Bosnia and Herzegovina – Montenegro 2021-2027 will be implemented within the framework of IPA III. Its general goal is to contribute to the improvement of good neighbourly relations and the promotion of sustainable, dynamic, strong and connected communities. 

The Single Market Programme (SMP) is the EU funding programme to help the single market reach its full potential and ensure Europe’s recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic. With €4.2 billion over the period of 2021-2027, it provides an integrated package to support and strengthen the governance of the single market.

Interreg Aurora is a Programme in the European Union Interreg community for cross-border cooperation in 2021-2027. The Programme offers great opportunities and enables new and exciting cross-border cooperation in the northernmost parts of Europe and Sápmi. The Interreg Aurora has a unique feature, the Programme is integrated with Sápmi and the indigenous Sami people. The overall goal of the Interreg Aurora Programme 2021-2027 is to encourage cross-border collaboration and thereby strengthening the competitiveness, sustainability and attractiveness of the Programme area through social inclusion, digitalisation and green transition.

The DUT Partnership steps up the game to tackle urban challenges. Through research and innovation and capacity building, it enables local authorities and municipalities, service and infrastructure providers, and citizens to translate global strategies into local action. It develops the skills and tools to make urban change happen and boost the urgently needed urban transformations towards a sustainable future with enhanced quality of life in cities.

STAGE is a unique support mechanism, co-funded by the European Commission, helping enterprises with sustainability reporting and investment readiness.

The Cohesion Fund provides support to Member States with a gross national income (GNI) per capita below 90% EU-27 average to strengthen the economic, social and territorial cohesion of the EU.

The European Institute of Innovation & Technology (EIT) is an integral part of Horizon Europe, the EU’s Framework Programme for Research and Innovation. Its mission is to create jobs and deliver sustainable and smart growth.

The EU Civil Protection Mechanism aims to put in place a reinforced and more ambitious crisis management system within the EU. It also aims to support, coordinate or supplement the actions of EU Member States in the prevention of, preparedness for, and response to disasters.

Interreg Baltic Sea Region 2021-2027 creates suitable framework conditions in the region for supporting the transition towards greener and more resilient societies and economies through transnational cooperation. The Programme is demand-driven and support public authorities in meeting the needs of their target groups (e.g. companies and communities). Transfer of knowledge is an important component of transnational activities in all policy objectives. Future projects support capacity building to increase public awareness and behaviour-change.

The Interreg Northern Periphery and Arctic (NPA) programme is a funding initiative supported by the European Union and non-EU participating countries. The programme's main objective is to promote cooperation among communities in the northernmost parts of Europe and North Atlantic territories to address common challenges and opportunities.

The Central Baltic Programme 2021-2027 is a EU cross-border cooperation programme. Its scope is to finance high quality projects with European Regional Development Funds that aim at solving common challenges together and across borders.

Interreg NEXT Poland – Ukraine 2021-2027 aims to support cross-border development processes in the borderland of Poland and Ukraine. As its predecessors, PL–UA Programme is directed at Polish and Ukrainian border regions and all non-profit oriented institutions coming from these regions.

The Interreg North Sea Programme 2021-2027 supports cooperation to stimulate a green and sustainable future. It enables people across the North Sea Region to work together and bring their ideas to life. The programme covers the North Sea and adjacent territories.

The Interreg South Baltic Programme 2021-2027 supports actions with the focus on economic, environmental, and social development, natural and cultural heritage, and cooperation of different actors in the area are supported by the Programme foremost aiming above all at improving the quality of life of its residents through the blue and green growth of the area.

The Western Balkans Info Hub is powered by the EU-funded project POLICY ANSWERS. It provides information related to Research and Innovation (as well as Education, Culture, Youth and Sports) covering the Western Balkans.

Cluster 1 "Health" of the Horizon Europe program includes many topics from health research. Projects cover the entire spectrum of the research and innovation cycle as far as possible and should also contribute to the implementation of research results in healthcare.

The INTERREG Brandenburg-Poland cooperation program serves to promote cross-border cooperation. The aim of the program is to overcome border-related disadvantages and thus make a contribution to European integration.

The Interreg VI A Mecklenburg-Vorpommern / Brandenburg / Poland 2021-2027 cooperation program was set up as part of the European Union's territorial cooperation objective and supports cross-border cooperation covering a wide range of topics, for example in tourism, education, culture, health, civil protection, police and customs.

The Interreg Poland - Saxony 2021-2027 cooperation program supports cross-border cooperation projects within the framework of the "European Territorial Cooperation (Interreg)" objective, which promote the further development of the Saxon-Polish border region and the growing together.

The overall objective of the Interreg VI-A Lithuania-Poland 2021-2027 Cross-border Cooperation Programme is improving wellbeing of cross-border communities through cross-border cooperation and sustainable use of cultural and natural heritage of the Lithuania and Poland cross-border area.

The Estonia-Latvia programme is a cross-border cooperation programme that is implemented under the European territorial cooperation goal (Interreg). Its mission is to support sustainable and innovative ideas that help border regions in Estonia and Latvia to grow through neighbourly cooperation. 

The objective of the Interreg VI-A Latvia–Lithuania Programme 2021–2027 is to contribute to the sustainable and cohesive socioeconomic development of the Programme regions by helping to make them more competitive and attractive for living, studying, working and visiting.

The EU programme Interreg Öresund-Kattegat-Skagerrak aims to invest €140 million, in cross-border projects that solve common societal challenges in southern Scandinavia, for the programme period 2021-2027.

The aim of the Interreg Sweden-Norway 2021-2027 program is to promote a smarter, greener, more social and stronger border region and thus support the sustainable development and transition to an attractive border region without border barriers.

The programme Interreg Deutschland-Danmark promotes cross-border cooperation between Germany and Denmark, fostering the growth of the region in the areas of economics, employment, education, tourism and culture by funding cross-border innovative projects that want to create positive change for the German-Danish cooperation.

They are a new way to bring concrete solutions to some of our greatest challenges. EU Missions have ambitious goals that are time-bound, realistic, measurable and targeted and will deliver concrete results by 2030.

The European Maritime, Fisheries and Aquaculture Fund (EMFAF) runs from 2021 to 2027 and supports the EU common fisheries policy (CFP), the EU maritime policy and the EU agenda for international ocean governance. It provides support for developing innovative projects ensuring that aquatic and maritime resources are used sustainable.

The Cooperation programme Interreg Hungary-Croatia focusses on smart and sustainable growth in the Hungarian-Croatian border region, by reinforcing and expanding existing cooperation networks and contributing to the establishment of a sound basis for a dynamic and lasting cooperation across the border.

The activities in Cluster 2 "Culture, Creativity and Inclusive Society" are primarily aimed at researchers and applicants from the humanities, social and cultural sciences and the arts. Projects on the various topics in this cluster make an innovative and application-oriented contribution to important and forward-looking research and social issues in Europe.

The cluster "Civil Security for Society" supports the implementation of EU policy priorities in the areas of security, cyber security and civil protection. The aim is to provide new knowledge and innovation to help responders and managers manage and prevent criminal activities, terrorist threats, cyber threats and crises and disasters.

An ambitious goal of the EU is to be climate neutral by 2050. Measures of the "Climate, Energy and Mobility" cluster will contribute significantly to this. Research and innovation projects in this cluster should bring significant added value for the population.

The goal of research, development and innovation in Cluster 6 is to expand knowledge, build capacity and develop innovative solutions in these relevant areas. This includes, above all, the transition to a sustainable circular economy and the use of natural resources, as well as food security for all.

Digitalisation and technological progress are shaping all areas of the economy and society and influencing industrial development - including space research. Cluster 4 "Digitisation, Industry and Space" of Horizon Europe supports digital as well as key industrial and space technologies that are of strategic importance for Europe's industrial future. The aim is to build a resilient, green and digital Europe.
