Expected results | The programme proposes the following (non exhaustive) types of measures: P1 Innovation Capacity: Strengthening the innovation capacity for resilient and attractive NPA communities.
P2 Climate Change and Resource Sufficiency: Strengthening the capacity for climate change adaptation, and resource sufficiency in NPA communities.
P3 Cooperation Opportunities: Strengthening the organisational capacity among NPA communities to make use of cooperation opportunities.

other eligibility criteria | Types of projects The Interreg NPA Programme supports several different project types with varying eligibility and selection criteria, along with additional expectations and requirements outlined in each call’s Terms of Reference. Additionally, the Monitoring Committee can introduce specific small project types as needed.
Programme area: The NPA area consists of regions inside the EU Member States of Finland, Ireland, and Sweden, as well as regions outside the EU, in Norway, Iceland, the Faroe Islands, and Greenland:
