Excellence-in-ReSTI - Excellence in research, social and technological innovation project management

The aim of the interreg project Excellence-in-ReSTI was to fill gaps in knowledge and skills in the management of social and technological innovation (ReSTI) projects. The general objective was to create an environment where interested stakeholders, especially young project managers and administrators in public and private organisations involved in such projects in the Danube Region, can find easy-to-use checklists, learning modules and advice with a specifically tailored content regarding the management of ReSTI projects.

ReSTI.Academy

After intensive cooperation between students and trainers, a curriculum consisting of five modules was developed and is available as an online training programme ReSTI.academy for all interested parties.

The programme covers all relevant topics that are important for excellent project management in the areas of research, social and technological innovation (ReSTI). The programme is specifically designed to meet the needs of early-stage project managers and administrators as well as young graduates in the Danube Region, but can be used by all stakeholders interested in topics related to the design, management and administration of ReSTI projects.
