"ROP Övre Norrland"

The overall aim of this Regional Operational Programme is to invest in regional growth and employment in Övre Norrland. In order to achieve this objective, the Programme is divided into the following priority areas:

PA1 - Strengthening research, technological development and innovation
PA2 - Enhancing access to, and use and quality of, information and communication technologies
PA3 - Enhancing the competitiveness of SMEs
PA4 - Supporting the shift towards a low-carbon economy in all sectors
PA5 - Promoting sustainable transport and removing bottlenecks in key network infrastructures
