boost innovation by improving R&D in Emilia-Romagna as well as to promote smart, sustainable and inclusive growth. Furthermore,
it will contribute to improve the energy efficiency of the region as well as to promote the diversification and competitiveness
of SMEs. In order to achieve these objectives, the Programme focuses on the following Priority Axes (PA):
