Description
of programme "Entrepreneurship and Skills Åland" | The overall aim of this Regional Operational Programme is to
support employees and workers in learning new skills and competencies in order to contribute to a more diverse and modern
economy as well as to increase employment, productivity and innovation. Actions shall focus specifically on young people.
In order to achieve these objectives, the Programme is divided into the following Priority Axes (PA):
