The aim of this axis is to strengthen EURES, a European job mobility network that provides information, guidance and recruitment/placement services to employers, jobseekers and any citizen wishing to take advantage of freedom of movement for workers.

Description of call
"Targeted mobility scheme"

The Targeted Mobility Scheme shall provide support measures for young candidates aged 18-35 to find a job, traineeship or apprenticeship in a place other than his/her country of residence, enshrined in a legally binding work relationship with the employer, i.e. there must be a labour contract between the parties. Activities can include:

  • creation of partnership
  • provision of services
  • direct financial support to young jobseekers and SMEs
  • post-placement support measures
