Description of call "Interreg Romania - Hungary: Call for normal Project Proposals" | This is an Open Call for proposals, designed in “one step procedure” and dedicated to the applicants who
address common challenges and exploit common potentials through various types of joint initiatives, joint projects and joint

Applicant details | As there are two or more partners cooperating in a project, one of them shall be designated as the Lead. The Lead Applicant/Beneficiary shall be established in one of the two participating countries to the programme. |

one Project Applicant on the other side of the border, which must fulfil the same eligibility criteria. The maximum number of Project Applicants in one project is 6. Partnerships involving strong commitment and contributions (observing the joint development, joint implementation, joint staffing and joint financing criteria) from all partners will be scored with maximum points! |

Financial details | The total amount of funding available for this Open Call for Proposals is 9 711
372 € (ERDF), increased with the relevant Romanian and Hungarian state co-financing. Co-financing rates are up to 98% of the total eligible costs for Romanian partners and up to 95% in some cases even 100%, for Hungarian applicants, totalling both the ERDF and state co-financing. 6/b: 3 750 000 € (ERDF) is made available through this Open Call 7/c: 2 550 000 € (ERDF) is made available through this Open Call 11/b: 3 411 372 € (ERDF) is made available through this Open Call |
